If you are critically ill and you are not pleased with your state of deployment, you can request for relocation on basis of your ill state of health.
This method of relocation is popularly known as Relocation on health ground and a genuine medical report which states the critical state of your health is used for this.
PROCEDURE FOR RELOCATION IN CAMP USING MEDICAL REPORT
Below is the procedure for relocation in the NYSC camp using medical report;
1. Request and obtain a relocation form (to be available in camp after opening ceremony)
2. Attach a written letter. (format of this letter is usually available in camp by officials).
3. Attach your genuine Medical Report legally issued by a certified medical practitioner (Doctor's Report).
4. Tender it to the officials in charge.
5. Expect the result on the last day of camp after interview (best of luck).
Note That: PCMs who are applying for relocation on health ground will be interviewed by some of the orientation camp medical officers to ascertain the extent of the ailment's condition they claim. This interview will define whether or not such PCM is eligible for relocation.
