Uncertainty Among PCMs Concerning 29th September As Date For NYSC Online Registration For 2021 Batch C
Prior to the day designated for the online registration of any NYSC batch, PCMs are always anxious to know forehand the specific date when the online registration portal will be opened for PCMs to be fully mobilized for the orientation exercise.
This usually brings about speculated and rumoured dates amongst every individual involved with the NYSC programme whether PCM, NYSC agents or NYSC information bearers.
As for the 2021 batch C PCMs this has not been a different case for them as there is presently confusion among PCMs who fall into this batch due to the fact that there has been a specific date on circulation as regards to their online registration which has been on speculation for a long time.
The date being 29th September is so close that prospective corp members are still wondering whether the so called date will still stand as the date for online registration.
Now as regards to this i will explain in details how NYSC dates work.
Usually before a particular date is officially announced by the NYSC management, there is always a tentative mobilization time table.
WHAT IS NYSC TENTATIVE MOBILIZATION TIME-TABLE
This particular time table is a time table given by some NYSC affiliated persons who have experience on NYSC information and some times the tentative time table is given by NYSC themself in form of a released circular as withnessed in some previous NYSC batches.
This particular time table is not the official time table by NYSC but just a time table which PCMs can work with prior to when an official date is released by the management.
Note that 70% of times, the time table usually ends up being the exact date of events for that particular NYSC batch.
More so, the reason it is always tagged as tentative time table is that it is subject to change if activities dont fall in place for already stipulated dates on the time table.
WILL THE NYSC ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR 2021 BATCH C START ON 29TH SEPTEMBER AS STATED IN THE TENTATIVE MOBILIZATION TIME-TABLE?
Well based on the tentative time table it says registration will kick off 29th September but the date isn't official as even NYSC has stated on their official social media platform a week before this Post that an official date will be announced in due time. See image below:
Now PCMs are expected to not fully expect the online registration for Batch C 2021 to start 29th september. In other words, it might kick of 29th or might not so don't expect it 100% but give yourselves a (50:50)% chance.
In a case where the online registration doesn't kick off on 29th September it's still to the benefit of other NYSC prospects whose institutions are yet to release and upload their senate list. Note that as at the time this article is being published, no institution has uploaded their senate list to the NYSC portal for their students to check.
